The mountain rental is or Tuesday Mar 4, 2025. This means you should arrive in Silverton on Mar 3, and leave on Mar 5. You can head over to Telluride before or after if you wish - that’s the closest resort type mountain.

I’m not going to lie to you. This mountain is going to kick your ass. You’ll be spending time over 12.5K feet, doing super hard runs, likely in deep powder. The good news is that you are signing up now and can get your fitness sorted.

I always found it easier to train hard when I had something on the calendar. Now you do - get to your cardio and strength work!

If we’re talking airports, here are your options:

• Fly into Durango and drive 1h (probably the easiest option)

• Fly into Montrose and drive 1h30m

• Fly into Telluride and drive 1h45m

• Fly into DEN and drive 6.5h (or 7h15m if Red Mountain Pass is closed - this happened to me this year and is SUCKED)
